Have been quite happy with using zoundry raven sending post through to wordpress, eliminating the need to go through browser and login until I need to embed the swf earlier. From what I know, it currently lacks the ability to embed & upload flash swf files at the moment, let me know if that is possible.

So I went for a workround searched for batch ftp upload (which I found here) and wrote a batch file that takes a drag and drop file and uploads to specific location on server, finally echo the embed html code to embed swf for copy & paste. Edit the file to suit needs.
