AutoCAD/Rhino command line aliases-like behaviour in Maya

using customized 1-3 letters aliases to call commands instead of using hotkeys (since most of them are assigned to other commands in the default setting)
1. Hotkey to: set focus on Maya command line (update 20100804: not working on maya 2011)
2. load MEL script with proc az(){command;}
